Personalised advice is part of the service at ARNO because we want our customers to remain successful. We have established three levels of advice that you can use to consult our experts if you have a production problem.

  1. The technical back office - the quickest way to an answer: The ARNO back office team is your telephone joker when it comes to production. Describe your challenge and you will immediately receive tried-and-tested recommendations. Some days we advise over 100 customers. The success rate is impressive: in 99.5 % of cases, the problem is solved with one call.
     
  2. Field service - analyses directly on your machine: ARNO's field service professionals come to your production site. Always with you: concentrated expertise, many years of experience and the typical ARNO Swabian tinkerer mentality. We deal with your challenge on site. Chip pattern, process analysis, cutting parameters - we take a close look. We then recommend what we consider to be the perfect tool, define parameters and carry out a test run on your machine. We make over 16,000 visits per year. 98.3 % of our customers are satisfied with the results of our advice.
     
  3. The ARNO application engineers - get down to business: When nothing else helps, ARNO's application engineers and tool designers are there to help. For special problem situations, especially on difficult-to-machine materials, we dive into the technical depths of machining with you. The solutions found by our application engineers are convincing: in 9 out of 10 cases, our tools deliver longer tool life than other tools available on the market. If your requirement is for a customised tool, we can deliver results quickly. Depending on the complexity, we can deliver the required tool within three days to six weeks at the latest.
