Drilling holes in stainless steel components with SPC-VA always leads to outstandingly precise results - thanks to the optimised cutting edge of the drill.

The SPC-VA system leaves nothing to be desired in stainless steel machining. It is gentle on the workpiece, tool and machine. All tools have a positive axial rake angle and effectively reduce the cutting forces. Internal cooling is standard in this system so that the temperatures in the cutting zone always remain within a manageable range.

The tool coating is made of TiAlN and has been further optimised. It ensures exceptional wear resistance - even when working at higher speeds and with higher feed rates. The additional surface treatment on the tool reduces friction and promotes chip flow.
