Our design and production teams are fully committed when one of our customers urgently needs a tool that is not available on the market. The fact that no one has yet realised this tool is an incentive for us, not an obstacle. This is in line with our innovation principle: where others turn away, we get started and quickly achieve results. 

In concrete terms, this means that because we are familiar with the development and production of special tools, we know where the pain points are. Thanks to our knowledge, many years of experience and an excellent infrastructure, we can often provide the desired customised tool within three days of a request. Even in tricky cases, it should take no more than six weeks for customised indexable inserts to be delivered.
