Although custom tools often involve uncharted territory, we know the path to success. We are flexible when it comes to batch sizes. We also manufacture single items or small batches.

Our design engineers are experienced tool specialists. They tailor the tool to the drawing, the machine, the clamping devices and existing interfaces. All parties involved are engaged from the outset; consultations and queries are handled without delay. Our aim: to ensure your custom tool delivers maximum productivity. Where appropriate, we suggest combinations or multiple tools. This allows you to combine process steps, minimise tool changes and benefit from shorter non-productive times.
Tools and values – the ARNO Test Centre
At our test centre, we can determine the ideal cutting parameters for custom tools. On request, you will receive a report containing all the values, so that you can install the new tool on the machine straight away.
We store the design data on our systems. The next batch can go into production without the need for further rounds of fine-tuning.
